Celebrating 20 Years of Tridots: A Journey Shaped by People, Purpose and Possibility

For Tridots, completing 20 years is one of those milestones.

On July 2, 2026, employees, alumni, customers, partners, and leadership came together at Hablis Hotel, Guindy, to celebrate two decades of a journey that began with a simple vision and grew through perseverance, trust, and shared effort. The evening was not only about marking another year in business—it was about reflecting on the road that brought us here and appreciating everyone who has been part of it.

Looking around the hall that evening, there was a shared feeling among everyone present. Twenty years may sound like a number, but behind it are thousands of conversations, countless hours of work, meaningful relationships, and moments that shaped Tridots into what it is today.

Every Journey Has a Beginning

The story of Tridots began in 2006, when the company started as Valiant Systems. Like many young businesses, it was built on ambition, hard work, and the hope of creating technology that could solve real business challenges.

The road ahead was not always smooth. As time passed, circumstances changed and the founding team gradually moved in different directions. At a time when many would have considered closing the chapter, one person chose to continue.

Our Managing Director, Mr. Rajarajan Anbalagan, believed there was still a future worth building.

That decision became a turning point. What followed was not overnight success, but years of consistent effort, learning, and resilience. One project led to another. One customer became many. A growing team brought new ideas, new energy, and new possibilities.

In 2015, the company was incorporated as Tridots Tech Pvt. Ltd., marking the beginning of a new phase in its journey. Over the years, Tridots strengthened its expertise in the Frappe and ERPNext ecosystem, continued expanding its capabilities, and earned recognition as a Frappe Gold Partner in 2025.

Every milestone represented steady progress rather than a single defining moment. Each one reflected the collective effort of people who believed in building something meaningful together.

Looking Back at Twenty Years

Reaching twenty years offered an opportunity to pause and reflect on how far the company has come.

From serving its first customers to supporting businesses across multiple countries, every stage of the journey has been shaped by trust and long-term relationships. Today, Tridots has worked with 800+ clients, completed 999+ successful projects, delivered 120+ ERP rollouts, and supported organizations across 15+ countries.

These numbers certainly matter, but they tell only part of the story. Behind every completed project is a team that worked together to solve challenges. Behind every long-standing customer is a relationship built on trust. Behind every milestone are people who chose to contribute their time, knowledge, and commitment. Those are the achievements that truly define the journey.

An Evening That Reflected the Tridots Spirit

The anniversary celebration itself captured everything that Tridots has come to represent over the past two decades.

The evening began with a warm welcome, setting the tone for a celebration filled with gratitude and togetherness. The programme was hosted by Ms. Rajalakshmi and Mr. Selvakumar Ravi, whose lively and engaging presence kept the audience connected throughout the event.

One of the highlights of the evening was the keynote address delivered by Mr. Rajarajan Anbalagan.

Rather than focusing only on business achievements, his message reflected on the values that have guided Tridots from the beginning—staying committed through challenges, learning from every experience, and recognising that meaningful growth is always built by people working together.

The celebration continued with addresses from members of the leadership team, including Mrs. Anupriya Duraisamy, Chief Service Delivery Officer, and Mr. Zulfiquar A. M. M., Chief Financial Officer. Their messages reflected on the journey so far while looking ahead with confidence and optimism for the years to come. Together, these moments reminded everyone that while technology continues to evolve, the strength of any organization continues to come from its people.

More Than Colleagues, A Community

As the formal programme concluded, the atmosphere shifted from reflection to celebration.

Employees stepped onto the stage not as software professionals or business teams, but as musicians, dancers, performers, and entertainers. Music performances, dance, beatboxing, violin performances, and group acts filled the evening with enthusiasm and laughter.These performances revealed another side of the people who make up Tridots every day.

It was a reminder that workplaces are built not only through projects and deadlines, but also through shared experiences that bring people together. Watching colleagues cheer each other on, celebrate every performance, and enjoy the evening together created memories that extended far beyond the workplace.

Throughout the celebration, conversations continued over photographs, shared memories, and moments of laughter. The grand dinner that followed gave everyone another opportunity to reconnect and celebrate this important occasion together.

The evening came alive with cultural performances, employee recognition, award presentations, and moments of togetherness that reflected the vibrant spirit of Tridots.

Recognising the People Behind the Journey

Every organisation has milestones, but those milestones are only possible because of the people behind them.

One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was recognising employees whose dedication and commitment have played an important role in Tridots' growth over the years. Long Service Awards, Employee Recognition Awards, and Special Appreciation Awards were presented to individuals who have consistently contributed to the organisation through their hard work, commitment, and willingness to support others.

Among those recognised were Mr. Ranjith Kesavan and Mr. Kartheek Periyasami, who have each completed more than fourteen years with Tridots. Their continued dedication reflects the values that have remained constant throughout the company's journey.

The celebration also recognised Mr. Kalai Selvam and Mrs. Sivaranjani Palanivel, who have completed more than nine years with the organisation, along with many other employees whose contributions continue to strengthen different teams across the company.

Every award presented that evening carried a simple message: every contribution matters. Whether visible or behind the scenes, every effort has helped shape the company over the past twenty years.

Welcoming Familiar Faces Back

One of the most heartwarming moments of the celebration came from seeing former colleagues return.Many Tridots alumni joined the event, reconnecting with old teammates, sharing memories, and celebrating the milestone together.

Although their careers have taken them in different directions, returning for this occasion reflected something meaningful. The connections built during their time at Tridots have continued long after they moved on. Watching conversations pick up exactly where they had once paused was a reminder that while careers evolve, relationships often remain.
